Opening Chrome passing parameters

Hello all:

I'm testing Chrome and it looks good!!
My suggestion is: It would be a good idea if I could open Chrome passing parameters, as I do in the javascript sentence"window.open()", like "toolbar=no,height=500,width=600,left=30,top=5 0"

What do you think?

if you create a "application shortcut" and look to the path its show something like that:
"C:\Do....e\Application\chrome.exe" --app=http://mail.google.com/mail
start from there to find out something
