Enjoying the browser so far, however the History is lacking. It only shows the names of pages visited - not the actual URLs. It won't even show the URL in the status bar when you mouse-over on the link.

Shouldn't you know what the site is by its name? i prefer it to history in other browsers
Charlie is a bot etc but hes sexy
I like this feature. It shows the sites name rather than the long link.![]()
My baby boy! Coming December 21st!
It needs to show both the name of the page, AND the URL. Even if the URL is only in the status bar down the bottom.
When you're browsing through a whole heap of pages about the same subject (let's say a Canon MP1000 printer), then half the page names are going to say "Canon MP1000"! You need to know the URL to actually separate all the similar names. And you're far more likely to remember the actual site you went to which narrows it down.
Or if you're looking at a review and want to go back to page 4 (which you can see in the URL), a lot of the time every page of a review has the same page name. So currently you'd have to check every link to get to the right page.
Absolutely right Prizm, although there may be a user friendly way of grouping the history, such that all pages from a given site are under one expandable link, which shows the URLs and subpages when clicked on (like a tree view, similar to Regedit).
Anyway regardless of how it's presented, users need to be able to see the URLs, period.
I didn't get where I am today.
That's a good idea, actually.Originally Posted by Stuee
Actually, using the developer tools, you can check the web URLs without clicking on them. Unfortunately, it is not practical to do this for every site. I believe that it would be nice to be able to switch between the names and the urls at will.
