    Default Ultimate browser

Firefox front end (with all the bells and whistles, including all the add-ons) with a chrome back end (process manager, 1 process per tab). Ah, that would be sweet.

I personally adore the clutter-less aesthetics of the Chrome browser. The bar is like 25 pixels high, it's unobtrusive, and that's just what I need.
My baby boy! Coming December 21st!

and all the addons and so on will follow!
just remember, that Chrome is still a BETA-VERSION
    and was released just yesterday!
    what do you expect?
firefox had no plugins at all as it was released!
    just give it some time...

Most of Google Products stay in Beta for a while.
Look at gmail and gcal. I love them both and use them for my main email and life management applications (except for work), and they are both still in Beta.

I have several thoughts on this:
    1. Legal reasons. If gmail looses your important data, they can say "oops, sorry, its beta"
    and/or
    2. A good great product is always in beta, allowing it to grow without restrictions.

FYI, alpha come before beta, both in the Greek alphabet and product development. (Not trying to bust your chops, just sharing a fact.)
