adding a "Mute this tab" option

Hey everyone,

This is a useful option that i think would be easy to integrate into Chrome. As a user of XP, i don't have a universal volume-control app --- but why should i have to have one when the same could be accomplished within my browser? There are many times when i am listening to online radio (Pandora is the best by the way) and yet also wasting time by playing online games. Obviously, i don't want explosion sounds interrupting my coldplay every 2 seconds.

I should stop rambling though, and just restate the suggestion: add a "Mute this tab" option when right-clicking a certain tab. This should be easy as pie for the geniuses at google...

If someone has already suggested this, i apologize (i looked but couldn't find it on any forums). Otherwise, let me know what you think.

Great idea - I second that motion. Nothing more annoying than having to choose between netflix and a flash game that doesn't allow for muting.
