    Default I still prefer blank pages!

    Personally I find the "new tab" page to be distracting and unnecessary. I'd rather get a nice blank page and take a little extra time rather than have my train of thought derailed every time I open a new tab. All day today I've opened a new tab, then gotten distracted by all the pages I'd just visited showing up on it. Please add the option to have a blank page instead!

    I definitely second that. I would prefer to have it go straight to google.co.uk which is pretty much a blank page but more useful!

    I'm with you guys. I like the idea of the Most Visited page - but for Google's sake let us turn it off!!
    I didn't get where I am today.

    What does that do? Now I've got no homepage, and STILL if I open a new tab I get the Most Visited page.
    Thanks for trying, but it's not a workaround we need, it's new code

    You can make it blank yourself. Back it up first!Open up resource hacker and open chrome.dll

    Go to Bin Data--> 209
    Change to:
    <html>
    <body>
    &nbsp;
    </body>
    </html>

    Compile and Save (While Chrome is closed)

    I don't want a blank page but I'd love to be able to pin specific sites onto the page.
