Cannot get Chrome to Enable extentions (Win7)

I am using windows 7 and i cannot seem to get chrome use extensions, i have right clicked the crome shortcut and added --enable-extensions to the end (a little side note is that for some odd reason the target shows this:

C:\Users\Anthony\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Appli cation\chrome.exe
instead of:

"C:\Users\Anthony\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Appl ication\chrome.exe"

I am not to sure if this makes a difference, but whenever i try to type in

"C:\Users\Anthony\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Appl ication\chrome.exe" --enable-extensions

into the target, when i click apply it goes back to this

C:\Users\Anthony\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Appli cation\chrome.exe --enable-extensions


I am using the Dev channel version of chrome, any help?

what extensions were you trying to install ?

..weird i guess i need to wait or just restart the comp or something because it works now.
