2. Foxmarks

Of course maybe the names will change when they're ported because it wouldn't make sense for an addon to be called FoxMarks in Chrome. :P

The rest I can live without.

I would expect, that since Google has intimated they might provide targeted ads in the future to Chrome (read the Eula), they will not likely push their own version of an ad-blocker, and might even try to take steps to prevent them from being easily compatible..altho that runs completely contrary to their stated intention of 'open-source'....

i personally would rather have it on my machine but maybe thats just me

If I had A machine I probably would agree, but I have several machines in more than 1 location.
Centralized bookmarks are quite useful now.

Exactly, I used to use FoxMarks and I'm just aching for a similar addon for Chrome.

Maybe use our GMail accounts as a username and pass?
