Google Chrome is open source, in the form of Chromium, this can be compiled well under Visual Studio 2005.
What stops you as a Developer programming you're own re-build of Chromium and calling it ChormePlus.
ChromePlus could be the all end solution to a reliably fast browser with Plug-in support.
However in order to make that happen, less hacking the released Google Chrome build, and more developement needs to be added to the Chromium source, was it not Google's intent that you may contribute to the source code? Then shall you.
You can add anything to Chromium, if you're talented you could easily start messing with the code and add your own support!
Why hack when you can contribute?
