Total Chrome Theme Maker
Resurrected from the dead, TCTM is completely rewritten and completely portable.
Just unzip and run tctm.exe.
All themes created will exist inside TCTM folder.

Hi JK,
I read your posts with interrest and downloaded tctm to take a look at it.
Was looking for a full glass version of chrome like the thing done to fire fox.
I´m running win7 just for a few days now, so its still exiting to see what is possible after grading up from xp...
However I am not able to write programs at all, but came to notice, that the "Black_Glass_Enhanced_v0_5_by_curiouso9" - tool (to be found in deviant art) does have an effect on google chrome addressbar, if it is black. It would be great to enlarge this influence.
Hope, this may lead us futher..
