Make all boards member view only

Make all boards viewable by members only and have a welcome board so guests can see that etc then they register to view all boards that way you dont get a tonne of guests and few members

I have chatted via PM on something similar to this and there is a downfall.

1. The forum won't hit the ranks through search engines as well and 2. We want it friendly here.

However making a forum threads viewable by members only may be nice but then you hit a lot of users that sign up just to view and then that's the last you see from them.
