Make a few sub-forums

With allot of stuff getting posted and such I feel it will be easier on users and myself here if there was some sub-forums.

Examples of what I thought so far are :

the plugin section there should be a sub forum that says requests as where it sits now a new user may feel there are such things.

The customization section should have a sub-forum titled themes released and another stating requests to separate all the stuff popping up I feel as well. Regular customization can stay as it is now.

Nope the subs will only be what I have stated as I feel this is what is all is needed.
