Is there supposed to be an icon for 'New Posts'?

At the top, there is Home, New Posts, Help, Search, Profile and Logout.

But for me, there is no icon/button for 'New Posts' ? Just a text link. Looks a bit...out of place.

Do you want the buttons to be the same size as the ones used above? That would make New Posts pretty hard to read. Dimensions would be nice .

I'm not a great graphic artist, but I do like to mess with it as a past time. How's this look?
