I'm going to assume an irc legend award is something similar to post count titles...or at least thats what it sounds like to me.

no its an award we should blatantly have an award system it makes eveything so much better that way people can earn awards that appear next to their stars showing people what they have achieved etc

ignore the pokemon sprite recolours and splices they were for a different purpose although i like them they arent releveant now... anyways look at the various awards(images with text)
This is my Graphics Guru award
and this is my staff award, an IRC legend award would be similar but say 'IRC Legend' With a different sprite etc
