Silverlight Event Order

In my experience, Silverlight applications exhibit a distinctive event order on the Developer Channel. The RootVisual's LayoutUpdated event occurs before the first Loaded event. With Internet Explorer and (Windows) Safari, a Loaded event precedes the first LayoutUpdated. I've found Firefox and the Stable channel to have unpredictable event order. Silverlight developers should be aware of this state of affairs.
