My question is what is the difference between Chrome and Chromium?
Explain in detail.

As Charlie said, Chromium has the latest versions even before they are officially released.
Chromium is also Open-Source which means that you can edit it and redistribute it as much as you want, just like the Srware team created Iron.

Chrome is Google's official browser, so it is allot more stable and contains less bugs.

If you want to access pre-released versions of Chrome you can get Chromium instead or you can get Chrome on the Dev channel. You can read more about Chrome's channels here.
