Silverlight Compatibility Improved

The Chrome Stable Channel now passes my plugin resizing test with Silverlight 3. I don't know whether the problem was fixed by Chrome or by Silverlight. Either way, Chrome's compatibility with Silverlight is now much better, at least for my purposes.
