    Default Chrome Fonts

I'm sure they probably don't do it because it would slow the browser, but, the way Chrome handles fonts is similar to Firefox and one of the main reasons I won't use it long term. It seems to make them harder to read and in general makes the page look worse. They are more jagged or pixelly making my eyes sore if browsing for a while.
    Anyone agree, disagree?
P.S love the auto spell check!

I'm comparing with I.E 7. Their fonts are so smooth and easy to read, they make sites look so much better than the Chrome browser does.
Here's an example. This is my website http://www.ashop.com.au please look at the top menu from both Chrome and I.E7

Agree totally. Chrome desperately needs anti aliasing.

I just saw why some people see and some don't. In I.E you can turn on or off the "always use clear type for HTML" function which is under tools > multimedia. This changed the fonts in I.E to a smoother look which I love. Maybe Google should add this as an option?
