Chrome does not delete all informations

Hi,

on many pages I'm confronted with personalized advertizing: I recently bought some bicycle equipment and now I see bicycle advertizing everywhere. I thought Chrome would delete all information that is stored by the browser if I tell it to do (within options / Details). But obviously there remain some cookies or whatever which include the information of the pages I visit. How can I really delete these informations?
