I think that Chrome OS should be available to all PC users e.g. notebooks, desktops and tablets etc. In this way, it will target more potential users and would be more beneficial.

If chrome OS is available to users of laptops, mobile phones, PDAs etc then it can surely target great number of audience than only being available on notebooks. One main reason is that not many people are able to afford notebooks and hence in that way just a few number of users will be targeted where as being available to many users it can benefit large number of people through it. Through laptops and mobile phones, the young generation of schools and universities can take great advantage of this operating system because of their necessity of laptop along with the tight budgets they have.
