Chrome OS Event

Today (16 oct) Google hosts a Chrome OS event, all press was banned. Has anyone more information on the event?

According to Google it was a mix-up:

However, Google issued a statement saying that it wasn't actually Chrome OS that was up for discussion, but Chrome the browser.

"So sorry for the miscommunication here – this is actually just a small recruiting event and we won't be talking about Chrome OS at all, just one engineer talking about UI design for Google Chrome (the browser)," Google said, shortly before the event was due to take place. (source webuser.co.uk)
