With continued improvements in plug-in support, extensions functionality, and desktop integration, as well as new features such as desktop notifications and bookmark sync, new release of Google Chrome for Linux would be a solid, high-performance, fully-featured, all-purpose browser. It s working with the larger community to deliver a fast, stable, secure, and sophisticated browser

Linux is history now. Trends show that people are moving towards Microsoft more and more. The trend is mainly because of the availability of all applications either related to business, entertainment, sports or climate etc. But all the developers are developing for Windows OS and all the users are finding useful applications at Windows OS as well. Trying chrome with Linux is something found very often and you might consider contacting some Linux Geek for that as there are still some Linux lovers left.
