Hello Friends.

I noticed that in windows, in devices and printers, if your default printer is not set to a valid printer, (e.g its set to a printer you have used before but is still on the list of printers) printing a web page directly is impossible on Google chrome and flock, two browsers based on the chromium technology. Try to print and it tells you "No printer installed" instead of at least bringing up the print window and enabling you to select a printer, like I. E and Firefox does. This can be taken care of by setting your default printer in devices and printers but it is a big disadvantage to Google chrome because our computers may need to print from other printers occasionally and going all the way to device manager to change its settings can slow things down (especially when in a network) and some people may not have even the slightest clue about that being the problem.

I suggest that measures be taken to correct this problem. in other words, selecting print, from the browser options or through the crtl P command should bring up the print window, irrespective of if the defualt printer is properly selected or not, just like MS Word, Firefox and IE does.

Thank you guys. God Bless you
