I think you went in a great direction. It looks to me like you've accomplished the overall design you were going for. The only thing I can really say bugs me about it is the contrast of the background image and the red lettering could stand out more. I would generally say I'd prefer to see a silly drawn house for the home buttons and something drawn for a refresh button instead of the word spelled out but after looking at it for a while I can see how it works more in style of the Joker when its written out like that, besides it also allows for you to see more of the jokers image by pushing the address bar over more.

If you could perhaps just level up the contrast on the background and brighten up the red lettering it would be closer to perfection. Nice theme for sure and if you dont mind I feel its definitely worthy to be added to the collection at themesforchrome.com.
I posted it on page 2 of the website and I adjusted the contrast/brightness of the screenshot so that visitors can see it better. This will give you an idea of how much better it would look if you could do the same type of contrast adjustments to your images if you want to take a look yourself.
