Chrome Theme Updater ( v0.3.154.3 +)
Theme Updater for Chrome

This tool will update the old themes for Google Chrome/Chromium in order to work with newer versions.
v0.3.154.0 or older to v0.3.154.3 or newer.
Extract these files to a directory, add ResHacker.exe to that directory, launch this tool, drag and drop an old theme file and you can start updating that theme.
This is a really slow way to convert, but that's what I use

EDIT: Hold on I think i found out why it was so fast. I didn't work. It still crashed chrome. I did everything you said let me reinstall and try again.
EDIT 2: I think you gotta check your code cause its not workin! Good Job though!

PS: I won't provide ResourceHacker, because ResHacker's author doesn't want us to do that. He wants it to be downloaded only from his site.

EDIT: Wait! i fixed it. i accidentally named res hacker: "reshacker.exe.exe". i fixed it and now it works! THANKS A BUNCH VHLANA!!!!!
