    Default Dst 1.1

    Dst - dark skin for Chrome

    Download :

    default.dll:
    v. 4.0.206.1 (dev) | v. 2.0.172.43 (stable)

    Place downloaded file 'default.dll' in either:
    for Vista/Win7 -
    Code:
    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\[version]\Themes
    for XP -
    Code:
    C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local_Settings\Application_Data\Google\Chrome\Application\[version]\Themes
    (You might want to backup the original one first)

    .crx for dev version (discontinued):
    vista/win7 | XP

    Download the .crx extension to your preferred location, and it would install automatically. If not, check that you have "--enable-extensions" switch in your Chrome shortcut and double click .crx or drag the extension on the Chrome window.

    thanks for the update

    EDIT

    copy the default.dll to Chrome's theme folder
    since I got Clouds' theme extension installed, part of the toolbar shows it
    to resolve the matter,
    Options|Personal Stuff and click Reset to previous theme

    (Note: this theme also works with Chromium 3.0.191.0 (19264) )

    @pcki11

    just an observation;
    while editing the links on your first post, appreciate if you could make a new post to this thread to "bump up" this thread

    It works fine, except I'm using XP and no transparency effects.
    But you probably already knew that. I'm sure it looks really good in Vista and Win7.
