Topic titles should include a title for the theme and let designers know it is a request.
Examples:
[ Req ] Scooby-doo theme
Request: Flintstones theme

Only one request per thread.
Don't hijack another requester's thread, start a new thread.

Provide as much details as you can find.
Don't make the designer do all the work, like google searching images and design ideas.
Provide a picture (1024x768)

And designers should post the finished theme in a new thread, and point a link to it in the original thread.
