no. i probably should have, but i have seen a lot of copy written material (hulk super girl etc) that has been made into themes on here already. Wasnt sure about the guidelines

personally I feel that if the image is available in the Internet, there is no copyright; but with http://deviantart.net it is best to check with the owner

i agree with your thought in copyrights. i will talk to the guy and see if he will agree... he has amazing work, perhaps he would agree to use more

ok so now your mission should uyou choose to accept it is take this picture http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...pider_2000.JPG and cut out the fiat in the foreground and make a sweet theme! I used to own this exact car same color and same interior. It would mean alot if someone can do this. thanks!

i agree with the concern about copyrights, but I have checked the picture from dA and there is no written request for permission or even sourcing him. And there is no creative commons license either, so in all technicality the image would be alright to use.

OK the designer of these awesome 3d has given his ok to make themes just asks for credit on the pics

omg... 1st is cool, second is kinda lame but the third, thats sick. is someone makes this then its definitely my theme.
