I am new to the Chrome Spot forums, so I might come off like a noob. There is something that has been driving me nuts with the majority of the Themes that I have seen.
*Main Question:
All of the Icons and buttons on the Chrome Window Border are usually customized, however the "Other Bookmarks" file icon remains largely unmodified. How does one, if so inclined, go about changing that specific button?
*Noob Question:
What is the Editor that is used for Google Chrome?

Main Question: As sul said, you must hack the Chrome.dll to modify those icons, and people rarely do because they would have to update them every new Chrome version.
Noob Question: You can use the Crx theme creator (link) or you can create the images and code yourself and pack it using Chrome > Extensions.
Thanks for the responses!!! Ya, if you have to update the icon everytime there is an update, it would make it a waist of time. Thanks for the info. Is "crxthemev1.0.exe" the google editor that you can change the values, via hack, to change the chrome themes, nnnwhat?
