Totally transparent "aero peek-style" theme

Please provide a totally transparent "aero peek-style" theme for windows 7.

Would be cool to have my "new tab page" thumbnail view over whatever is on my desktop (other windows, desktop wallpaper, etc)

I don't think its possible without actually recoding Chrome, firstly because it doesn't allow transparent images for the toolbar and secondly because there is no way to make the NTP image transparent either.
