    Default HP chat not compatible with Google Chrome

    Indeed!!! I tried to chat with HP tonight and to my great dismay, I was told my browser was not compatible. Is there a plugin or an extension etc that I should be aware of, or is GoogleChrome simply not up there yet to take on this type of thing?

    Perchance anyone should not be able to see this question, could you please advise me about that. Thanks.

    Well p.fil, I'll give you credit for answering in a nice manner to someone new on this forum. Instead of giving the answer to the question, which obviously you cannot, you tell me I'm in the wrong part of the forum. Being new to any forum, this can happen. Am I to take you serious and believe this is what happened this time? Yes, no bout a doubt it, your the man!!!?!

    give me credit where it's due chief; i answered, in kind, to an immature, impatient brat who, being new to an established site, failed to show respect and patience when asking for assistance . not only that but disregarded the forum headings of the previous three forums including the subforums that read ''troubleshooting'' .

    move along nancy .

    It would appear by your hysterical responses p.fil, that you are definitely defeated by the simple question I posted earlier. You should never get so upset and confused by a simple question like that. I'd suggest you slow down just a little bit and behave yourself. Everything will work out for you. :-)

    When you see questions, especially simple ones that you obviously have no idea about, simply don't write. You'll put yourself in a better light that way.

    Slow down then p.fil and relax. I'm sure you'll be alright after a nice rest. :-}
