hi, here is the keyboard i found....
most of it are similar to FF

ctrl+...

w - Close the current tab
e - To make a search whit the default search engie
r - reload the page
t - open new tab
u - open source code of the page in a new tab
o - open a file
p - print
d - add the current tab to a bookmark
f - find text in the page (nice look)
g - same (?)
h - open the history´s page
j - open the downloads tab
k - same to crtl+e
l - highlight the current url
b - hide/show the bookmarks bar
n - open a new chrome window

ctrl - zoom out

ctrl+shift+n --> New incognito window.
EDIT:
SHIFT+esc --> opens the task manager.

This also is achieved by holding Ctrl while scrolling your mouse wheel.

ctrl+shit+t will open previously closed tabs.
