Default Command line country = IT

Could anyone tell me the syntax of the command line to start chrome in "Italian"?
Actually, what I mean is language="italian", that is all menus/toolbars in italian.
    Is it possible?
    Thanks for helping.

Thank You for your hint but
I need the syntax of the command line. Something to add to
    " ...\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"
    to define the starting language.

I know that I can change the parameter from inside Chrome.
    Thanks anyway.

    Any other taker?
