    How do I get this not to show up every time I do a down load?

    there isn't a known way at this time. odd of google to enable such a feature that cannot be toggled. unlike them, imo

    I don't know, but yeah that's annoying. There should be separate download tab.

    Why are there so many HATERS!?!?!?

    I find this to be a good addition to Google Chrome.

    Because this is very annoying and distracting. A separate tab would be great.
