Any way to move the tabs list down some

I use a system that I Rdesktop into. So the problem is that the RDP bar at the top is always int he way. I did autohide the bar but if I go to click a tab and go to high the bar drops. It's just getting annoying. Is there a way to move the list of tabs down some?

It is not possible because it is just the way Google Chrome is built.
