quick links - why is it so hard????

i can't figure out what is the problem with doing something easy?? why do i need to spend all this time in looking for doing this very simple thing? all i want is to place a quick link on google chrome browser is that even possible?

Go to C:\Users\YOURACCOUNTNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chro me\Application . There u will find chrome.exe if u don't see hidden folders write this address manualy.
