Default Chrome changing PR on Google

    Hello All,

I'm a web designer, and I'm trying to get my website on page one of google for specific search terms. As such, I'm checking google fairly frequently to see where I'm ranking.

After using chrome for about a day, when I type in my common search term it puts my website at the top (above the place pages). That's not how it displays in other browsers, and once I clear my cache it goes back to normal. How do I stop it from doing this? I know it's doing it because I visit my site the most, but I want to see my actual page rank! I've looked in the preferences, but I don't see any related options...

    Any ideas?
