Site doesn't work properly

As one hovers the mouse over the first several features at the top left, each section should automatically pop up. This morning, I noticed it doesn't work. Is there something in the settings that one can overcome this problem?

Got it - I took the batteries out of the flashlight & replaced them. Everything seems to be working well now. Thanks for the replies!!!
