The bookmark import and export functions are found inside the Bookmark Manager (Wrench menu > Bookmark Manager, or Ctrl+Shift+B). In the tools menu of the Bookmark Manager, there is Import Bookmarks and Export Bookmarks.
The difficulty with the Chrome Mac beta is that there is currently no Bookmark Manager yet for Mac. This bug is in progress to be fixed: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/is...etail?id=13149
As a temporary workaround, you can copy your User Data\Default\Bookmarks file from your Windows computer to replace the Bookmarks file on your Mac.
