    Default All Webpages Unavailable

Whenever I try to go on ANY webpage, it shows a "this webpage is not available".

I assume this is because of a virus I got, that's the same time it stopped working. However, once I got rid of the virus, Google Chrome has continually shown the same message. I've run virus/malware scans on my computer with three different programs, and all came up with nothing.

I've gone on Chrome without a firewall, it's the same. I've tried reinstalling it.

The virus I got was the fake Windows Security Alert virus, if that matters.

I'm using 3.0.195.38, if that matters, too.

have you check your proxy settings?

Go to the Wrench and select Options | Under the Hood tab
Network and click on Change proxy settings
Internet Properties and click on Connections tab
    Click on LAN settings button
Uncheck settings in Proxy server if box is checked
    Click OK, OK and Close

    Worked, thanks.

Edit: Oh, wait, no it didn't. On Google, all links redirect me to advertisements and spam...

Edit: Edit: Never mind, got that working too. :P
