I had the same problem, but was unable to add "no Sandbox" to the end of the target. It kept saying "invalid address". So I went to Control panel and removed Google Chrome, then re-installed Google Chrome, and everything worked fine. User also had 1700+ messages in his G-Mail inbox, and I told him to get it down to less than 500.
Turns out he would click on a shortcut to check his "G-Mail", then he would go check internet stuff on Chrome, from there. Thanks for advice.
