I just updated my google chrome today and I noticed that the url address are not appearing at the top in the bar to allow me to copy and past them. Has anyone ran into this problem?

I don't know if they are running some kind of split test, but this is really annoying. It seems to only display the URL in the address bar, if it is not in your history. Very annoying, first disappointment I've had with Chrome updates.

I have this problem on Windows, OSX and Linux. It seems that something changed with the last update. It seems to be associated with opening a new tab. I've turned off all widgets and apps with no joy. It's a huge inconvenience for me as I copy and paste many links when on line. Like my brother, I'll most likely switch to Firefox or Opera until they fix the problem.
