Greedy help seeking first post (however I do love Chrome and while it's not my only browser it's one of my favourites)

I have a problem with a site where the contents of an iframe within a td have scrollbars present, but they do not work, (ie. clicking and dragging in the scrollbar has no effect)

This happens only in Chrome, Chromium and Safari but Epiphany (also WebKit based) works fine, as do IE and FF.

The content on the site is generated under Tomcat and has a large number of JQuery and scriptaculous objects.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a possible cause of this issue (ie. where do I start looking to debug this )
