New to chrome

I just switched from FF to Chrome.Looking for the top tool bar with File-Bookmarks-View-tools .
I would like to be able copy and paste,create a shortcut,print page and change font size.

I think I'm having the same problem but I can't get anything to work. I've tried uninstall-reinstall, system restore to two weeks ago...
When I open chrome up, homepage with the tabs appear, then when one of them is pressed, it just sits there and says its loading. Done all the ip address renews and such without luck. I can't even load up the help menu in Spanner options :P

Please Help!

Everything you need can be achieved by clicking the wrench icon to the right of the URL bar.
