Disable auto-hide tool bar in Fullscreen mode.

Anyone know how I can disable the auto-hide feature in full screen mode on a mac. I can't stand it!!

I realize most people seem to love it. I prefer things to stay put. If I need to click on something close to the top it always pops up and gets in the way.

Safari's tool bar stays put which is the way I would love Chrome to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with the Start-menu bar. Whenever i open Google Chrome, the Start-menu bar dissapears. I dont want it! Please Help !
