Can't download any app

In the web store, when I click on "install" for any app, it just brings me to a "save as" window, asking me to save an extension .crx file. The wrench shows no available updates. I have a few apps that I've installed previously, and there was no problem. Why can't I download anymore?

Multiple updates of Chrome later, the same thing is still happening. I've searched other forums for people that have this issue, but haven't really found a solution. Official Google forums have nothing.
