As you probably guessed, my name is Steve. I am a 41 year old father of three and I love Chrome. I love it so much that I want to create my own theme. Well, I stumbled across a YouTube video explaining it with a text program and it looked more difficult than I am accustom too. The next video described the method of coming to this site and download the theme creator. So I came here and registered. Now I can't find any download for the creator. I want to create my own theme. I want my kids faces on it and even a few of me. I want to create one for each of my family members with their own little niche. So can anyone tell me where to find this magical creator? I would really appreciate it.
